Questions
Is CoinHarbor gambling?
No. It's a social casino run as a promotional sweepstakes. You play with Gold Coins for fun, Sweeps Coins are always given away free, and no purchase is ever necessary to take part or to win.
Do I need to buy anything?
Never. Gold Coin packages are optional extras. Sweeps Coins come free every day, through promotions and by mail-in request, and buying never increases your chances of winning.
Where can I play?
Players must be 18 or older (21+ where required) and live where sweepstakes play is allowed. Some states are excluded, and the site checks your location before play. The full list is in Rules §1.
How do I redeem Sweeps Coins?
Once your account is verified, eligible Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes from your account page, subject to the minimums in Rules §5.
How do I keep it fun?
Set daily time and purchase limits, turn on session reminders, or take a break for a day, a week or longer, all from account settings. If play stops being fun, stop and talk to someone: responsible play help.
Sweepstakes Rules Example
An example set for this concept, written the way a real operator's rules read. CoinHarbor is fictional, so they bind no one.
§1Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older (21+ where required). In this example, residents of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, New York and New Jersey, and of any other state where the promotion is restricted, are not eligible. Location is checked before play. Void where prohibited by law.
§2Two kinds of coins
Gold Coins (GC) are for fun only. They have no cash value and can never be redeemed. Sweeps Coins (SC) are sweepstakes entries. They are never sold, only given away free, and eligible SC can be redeemed for prizes under §5.
§3Free Sweeps Coins
Players get free SC with the daily login bonus, in social giveaways and other promotions, as a free bonus with optional Gold Coin packages, and by mail-in request under §4. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
§4Free SC by mail
Alternative method of entry: send a handwritten request on a postcard with your name, address, email and account ID to the promotions address. Each valid request adds free Sweeps Coins to the account, with the amount, limits and turnaround stated in the rules. Requests that are mechanically reproduced or incomplete are void.
§5Redeeming prizes
Sweeps Coins must be played through once before they are eligible. Verified players can redeem eligible SC for prizes above a minimum balance, by bank transfer or gift card. Identity and location checks apply.
§6Responsible play
Players can set limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time from account settings. Accounts of players under 18 (or 21 where required) are closed.
