The short version
Vampir: Graveyard Shift is a 6×5 scatter-pays slot built around one idea: Bat Wilds that stay. A Bat never leaves in a tumble, gains +1 for every tumble it survives, and the chain's win is multiplied by the sum of every Bat on the board. Free spins play out as Uncle Vlado's night shift, from 21:00 to 07:00, with two scheduled boosts.
The numbers are published and the same in every mode: 96.50% RTP and a 25,000× cap. The cost is rhythm. About two base spins in three pay nothing, and the Shift arrives once every 320 spins on average, so it suits players who like a build-up more than a steady trickle of small wins.
Watch it play
The fastest way to judge a slot is to see it spin. This is the live game build playing a real round from its published books: Bats growing through six tumbles, then Vlado's Bite doubling them.

Rates come from the game's published maths: 100,000 books per bet mode. "Stake or better" is a base-game round that pays at least the bet back.
How it plays
Uncle Vlado took the only job that fits his hours: night watchman at the village graveyard. On the board, 8 or more of a symbol anywhere pays, winning symbols leave, and new ones drop in for as long as the wins keep coming.

Bat Wilds that grow
A Bat counts as every paying symbol and never leaves in a tumble. It lands at ×1 and gains +1 per tumble. At the end of the chain the win is multiplied by the sum of all Bats: they add up, they do not multiply each other.

Vlado's Bite
Base game, at random: when a chain ends with a win and at least one Bat, Vlado bites the board and every Bat doubles before the multiplier is paid.

The Graveyard Shift
4, 5 or 6 Coffins start a 10-spin night, one spin an hour from 21:00. Bats are sticky for the whole night and keep growing. At midnight every Bat doubles; at 03:00 a new Bat flies in at ×2. 3 Coffins add 5 spins.

Night Owl and the buys
Night Owl costs 2× per spin and doubles the chance of the Shift. Or buy a Shift outright: 100× for the Graveyard Shift, 300× for Overtime, 1,000× for Blood Moon.
| Shift tier | Trigger | Buy | What changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Graveyard Shift | 4 Coffins | 100× | Midnight doubles every Bat; a new Bat at 03:00 |
| Overtime Shift | 5 Coffins | 300× | Every Bat lands at ×3 |
| Blood Moon Shift | 6 Coffins | 1,000× | Bats double at midnight and again at 03:00 |
Bet modes
Five ways to play, all at 96.50% RTP with the same 25,000× cap. A round ends the moment it reaches the cap.

| Night Owl | 2× | 96.50% | 1 in 160 | 1 in 3.1M |
| Graveyard Shift (buy) | 100× | 96.50% | Every round | 1 in 50,000 |

Which modes you see depends on your casino.
How often it pays
The game publishes no volatility label, so here is the next best thing: how a base-game round pays, straight from the published books.
| Round pays | Share, as a bar | Share of rounds | About |
|---|
Our read: high volatility. Most spins are quiet, the stake-or-better rounds are mostly small, and the top of the range is rare and big. The line under “Under 1×” marks the stake: every row below it pays the bet back or more. Bars are drawn to scale; bands too small to see are drawn at a minimum width.
Symbols
Four high symbols, four low, the Bat Wild and the Coffin scatter. Any paying symbol pays when 8 or more land anywhere, and more of them pay more. Exact pay values are in the game's own paytable.

Our verdict
A feature slot with one clear idea, carried all the way: Bats that stay, grow and add up turn every tumble chain into a build-up, and the night-shift clock gives free spins a plan worth waiting for. The price is rhythm. Two spins in three are quiet, and the Shift is a 1-in-320 event.

Who wrote this review?
Scatterhaus, the studio that made Vampir: Graveyard Shift. Reel Dossier is a fictional publisher, built to show a slot-review page. That is why there is no score and why every figure is one you can check in the game's maths.
How this review was written
A slot review normally ends in a score. This one doesn't, because the reviewer is not independent: Scatterhaus made the game and built this page. Instead, every figure comes from the game's design document and its published maths (100,000 books per bet mode), and nothing is rounded up. The opinions are labelled as ours. On a client's review site, this is where the editor's score and its weighted breakdown go.
